What happens when you submit this request:
  • Once submitted, we will assess your eligibility.
  • In most cases, your PAL will be issued within three (3) business days.
  • If additional information is needed, a Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor (RISIA) will contact you for clarification and further assistance.

If you require any changes to the information on your LOA, please reach out to the International Admissions team promptly to request a revised Letter of Acceptance (LOA) before proceeding with the TRU PAL request form.
